SALSA

In June 2015, we received the Safe and Local Supplier Approval (SALSA) demonstrating that we operate to standards that are recognised and accepted across the industry. It proves we exceed the minimum standards expected by enforcement authorities.

HACCP

Our production staff receive Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) training. This ensures we meet the Food Safety Agency standards for food handling and the production of safe food.
